The Ai Yazawa Exhibit is being held at Shinjuku Takashimaya until the 8th. There’re manga manuscripts from all her series, illustrations she drew for Ribon/Cookie furoku, and other works like CD jackets and book covers.
I bought a ticket with a photo print of NANA, so I went to my neighborhood 7-Eleven convenience store to print it out. And I reserved my ticket on a day I’d receive the NANA sticker on entry.
The exhibit will next go to Osaka, then Yokohama, and tour the country.
Takashimaya is a department store. In Yazawa-sensei’s thank you message, she’s leaving the Shinjuku Takashimaya building, holding shopping bags with the department logo.
